Before I can tell you this story, you need to know where it started. When I was a young girl, I was in Brownies. Mom and I learned a song back then that goes like this: I've got something in my pocket, That belongs across my face, I keep it very close at hand, In a most convenient place. I'm sure you couldn't guess it, If you guessed a long long while. So I'll take it out and put it on, It's a great big brownie smile. To my knowledge, Wally has never heard this song. We were sitting at the dinner table and Wally was getting a bit irritated and cranky. YaYa said, "Wally, I have something in my pocket that belongs across my face. Do you know what it is?" Straight faced, he looked her in the eyes and said "Duct tape?" What could we do but laugh.
